• Device model, operating-system version, app build, language, and time zone
• Unique device identifiers, advertising ID, and diagnostic crash reports
• IP address, network type, connection timestamps, and server activity logs

Account and registration

• Email address, phone number (if you provide one), hashed password, date of birth, and user ID
• Verification tokens and account-recovery information

Profile and identity

• Display name, nickname, username, avatar, profile photo, and self-introduction
• Optional gender, age range, or preference fields you choose to disclose

Chat and communication

• Text messages, conversation threads, read receipts, and message timestamps
• Voice notes and file attachments exchanged in chat

Video communication

• Session metadata such as duration, participants, and connection quality
• User-initiated captures or uploads — we do not record sessions without consent where the law forbids it

Images and media

• Photos, videos, and other media you upload, send, or publish inside Velora

• Transaction metadata handled by payment partners — we never store full card numbers

DAbout Velora

Velora - Chat & Connect is a talk-space product for real-time conversation, profile discovery, and staying in touch with people you meet. This policy explains how MALCOLM WINCHESTER ("we", "us", "our") processes personal information when you use Velora (package ID com.velora.talkspace) on a mobile client or other supported surface.

ESecurity Measures

• Transport encryption (TLS/SSL) and at-rest protection for sensitive records
• Role-based access controls and staff training on data-handling practices
• Ongoing monitoring, security patching, and a documented incident-response plan

FData Retention

• Account and profile — kept while the account is active; removed within 30 days after confirmed deletion
• Chat and media — kept during active use; erased on account deletion unless the law requires us to hold it
• Payment records — up to 7 years for financial and tax compliance
• Security and compliance logs — up to 3 years
• Support and privacy correspondence — up to 2 years after the case closes
• Advertising preferences — until you opt out or delete, then purged within 30 days

GSharing & Third-Party Services

We may disclose information to:

• Service providers — cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, and moderation vendors
• Payment processors — for in-app purchases and subscription billing
• Advertising partners — only where permitted and subject to your opt-out choices
• Public authorities — when the law requires it, or when needed to protect users, especially in CSAM/CSAE matters

We do not sell personal information under the CCPA, VCDPA, or equivalent statutes.

Right to know: You may ask whether Velora shares your data, with whom, for what purpose, and for how long. Email winchestermalcolm68@gmail.com with the subject "Right to Know About Data Sharing", or go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Data Sharing Request. After identity checks, we reply within 15 business days.

HChildren's Privacy

Velora is not directed at children under 13. Registration requires a minimum age of 13; users under 18 may need a parent's consent in some regions. Paid and mature features require 18+. If you think a child under 13 has created an account, contact winchestermalcolm68@gmail.com. Further safeguards are set out in child-protection-velora.html.

IYour Rights & Controls

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, disclosure details, and an opt-out from targeted advertising. Write to winchestermalcolm68@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days, or sooner if local law requires it.

Account deletion: Settings > Account > Delete Account, or use account-deletion-velora.html. Deletion removes your profile, chat history, and media except where retention is legally required.

JInternational Transfers & Policy Updates

Your data may be processed outside the country where you live, using Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We may revise this policy; material changes appear in an updated Last Updated date and, where appropriate, as an in-app notice.
