Protecting minors is a core duty for Velora. MALCOLM WINCHESTER runs layered safeguards — automated detection, trained moderators, user reporting, and cooperation with authorities — to prevent harm to children on the Platform.
How to flag safety issues inside Velora
If you see content or behavior that may put a child at risk — or any other community violation — you can submit a report directly inside Velora. Look for the Report action (it may appear in your local language).
Where to report (in-app only)
Use the other user’s profile screen. That is the sole in-app entry point for reporting.
- Open the person’s profile (user detail page).
- Tap the control in the top-right corner to open the menu.
- Choose Report, pick a reason, then submit.
Velora does not offer standalone Report shortcuts in Settings, chat threads, or video call screens — please use the profile path above.
If you cannot use the app

- Anonymous reports are accepted where local law allows
- High-priority child-safety cases are typically reviewed within 24 hours when possible
CSAM Prohibition
CSAM is illegal worldwide. Velora uses hash-matching, AI classifiers, and human review to detect and remove CSAM. Confirmed material is preserved only as required for legal reporting, then removed from user-facing systems.
CSAE Zero-Tolerance Policy
Any attempt to create, share, request, or facilitate CSAE on Velora results in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities. We do not allow exceptions or warnings for confirmed CSAE.

Violating Account Handling
Accounts involved in CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or child exploitation are permanently banned. We may preserve evidence as required for law enforcement. No appeal process applies to confirmed CSAE/CSAM violations.
